The Problem Space.
Traditional rental platforms bury listings behind paywalls and push landlords toward expensive subscription tiers. Tenants, meanwhile, struggle to filter by what actually matters — pet policy, public transport proximity, or lease flexibility. NexaRent was built to flip that dynamic: free listings, smart filtering, and direct communication between both sides.
WHAT WE BUILT
Smart search.
Zero friction.
We built an Elasticsearch-backed property search with geo-filtering, custom polygon drawing on maps, and 20+ filter dimensions. Listings load in under 1.2s even on mobile connections.
An integrated real-time messaging system allows tenants to ask questions and schedule viewings without leaving the platform — with automated rental agreement generation at the end of the flow.
