The Challenge.
The client's team of 40+ remote employees was scattered across Trello, Notion, and Slack. Context was lost between tools, deadlines slipped through the cracks, and onboarding new team members took weeks. FlowDesk was built to unify everything into a single, opinionated workflow.
OUR APPROACH
Design-first. Ship fast.
We started with a two-week discovery sprint — interviewing six team leads and mapping their actual workflows. From there, we built a component-based design system in Figma before writing a single line of code.
The engineering was structured around an event-driven backend so that real-time updates across Kanban boards, timelines, and notifications all stayed in sync — regardless of timezone.
